We are determined: above all else, we are on a relentless quest to make our community stronger, beginning with you.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Supervise and assist YMCA members in climbing on the indoor rock wall.</li>\r\n\t<li>Manage, oversee, and actively work the rock wall for weekend events and rentals.</li>\r\n\t<li>Capable and effectively working alone and with others assisting.</li>\r\n\t<li>Help during open climb hours from 4:00PM-7:00PM Tuesdays and Fridays.</li>\r\n\t<li>Create a positive experience for participants through professional and courteous behavior.</li>\r\n\t<li>Report all incidents/accidents to supervisor.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure the safety of all participants.</li>\r\n\t<li>Interact professionally with other employees, members, program participants, volunteers, donors, and other individuals within the community, always being mindful of maintaining donor confidentiality and the YMCA&rsquo;s core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.</li>\r\n\t<li>Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other appropriate individuals.</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Relationships</li>\r\n\t<li>Communication</li>\r\n\t<li>Developing others</li>\r\n\t<li>Inclusion</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIROMENT &amp; PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
