This role is expected to deliver first-class service to our client and our teams, creating a luxury experience.</p> \n<p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES<br/></p> \n<ul> \n <li>Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs</li> \n <li>Provide a luxury experience for RH Trade clientele through product expertise, professionalism and elevated service</li> \n <li>Work in partnership with the Residential Trade Leader to grow the RH Trade business within the Gallery</li> \n <li>Qualify potential and partner with existing Trade clientele through consultations, Gallery tours, site visits, assisting with project development and internal coordination of services and project installations</li> \n <li>Communicate and work with cross functional teams at all levels of the organization</li> \n <li>Ensure fiscal goals are achieved</li> \n <li>Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry and a relevancy within the interior design community</li> \n</ul> \n<p></p> \n<p>OUR REQUIREMENTS<br/></p> \n<ul> \n <li>Experience within a high-end furniture showroom, luxury retailer or design firm</li> \n <li>Relationship-driven, with proven successes working with the interior design/trade community with existing relationships</li> \n <li>Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented</li> \n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> \n <li>Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail</li> \n <li>Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a thriving trade business</li> \n <li>Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google Applications</li> \n <li>Solid technical background with experience using Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems</li> \n <li>Basic to proficient knowledge of interpreting and understanding floor plans is preferred</li> \n</ul> \n<p></p> \n<p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<br/></p> \n<ul> \n <li>Must be able to travel locally or out of state</li> \n <li>Frequently lifting and mobilizing small to medium items, up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques</li> \n <li>Must be able to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office</li> \n</ul> \n<p></p> \n<ul> \n</ul>",
