Kurv is a PE-backed credit card processor helping businesses accept payments smarter and faster. With 300+ employees and growing, we move fast, work collaboratively, and are building a marketing team that matches our ambition in the market.
About the Role
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to serve as a cross-functional resource on our Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Communications, this role will operate as a connective tissue between our Communications, Brand, and Lead Gen teams — keeping projects moving, vendors managed, budgets on track, and execution sharp. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the operational side of marketing, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves on anything from email builds to swag orders.
What You'll Do
Project & Workflow Management
Manage incoming marketing traffic and intake requests through Monday.com, ensuring projects are scoped, assigned, prioritized, and progressing on schedule
Maintain project boards, deadlines, and status updates; flag bottlenecks and keep stakeholders informed
Coordinate cross-functional handoffs between Communications, Brand, and Lead Gen teams
Swag & Promotional Items
Manage swag inventory, pricing negotiations, vendor relationships, and ordering
Coordinate logistics for events, campaigns, and team requests; track usage and reorder thresholds
Maintain a current catalog of approved swag items and pricing
Budget Support
Assist in tracking and reconciling marketing budgets across teams and campaigns
Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments; maintain accurate records
Support monthly and quarterly budget reporting in partnership with the Director of Communications
Email & Marketing Execution
Build, QA, and deploy basic email campaigns using our marketing platform, ZoHo
Support A/B testing setup and basic performance reporting
General Marketing Administration
Maintain shared marketing assets, brand resources, and documentation
Support event logistics, vendor coordination, and ad-hoc team projects as needed
What You Bring
8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordinator/administrative role
Strong project management instincts and familiarity with Monday.com (or similar tools like Asana, Trello, Jira)
Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and follow-through
Comfort juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders without dropping the ball
Basic experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Pardot, ZoHo) — bonus if you've built campaigns end-to-end
Solid written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever the team needs help
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Familiarity with vendor management, budget tracking, or invoice processing is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience working in a B2B or payments/fintech environment
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express) for light asset support
Experience with promotional products vendors or swag platforms

Reporting to the Director of Communications, this role will operate as a connective tissue between our Communications, Brand, and Lead Gen teams — keeping projects moving, vendors managed, budgets on track, and execution sharp. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the operational side of marketing, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves on anything from email builds to swag orders. \\n\\n \\n\\nWhat You'll Do \\n\\nProject & Workflow Management \\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tManage incoming marketing traffic and intake requests through Monday.com, ensuring projects are scoped, assigned, prioritized, and progressing on schedule \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tMaintain project boards, deadlines, and status updates; flag bottlenecks and keep stakeholders informed \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tCoordinate cross-functional handoffs between Communications, Brand, and Lead Gen teams \\n\\t\\n\\n\\nSwag & Promotional Items \\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tManage swag inventory, pricing negotiations, vendor relationships, and ordering \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tCoordinate logistics for events, campaigns, and team requests; track usage and reorder thresholds \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tMaintain a current catalog of approved swag items and pricing \\n\\t\\n\\n\\nBudget Support \\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tAssist in tracking and reconciling marketing budgets across teams and campaigns \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tProcess invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments; maintain accurate records \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tSupport monthly and quarterly budget reporting in partnership with the Director of Communications \\n\\t\\n\\n\\nEmail & Marketing Execution \\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tBuild, QA, and deploy basic email campaigns using our marketing platform, ZoHo \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tSupport A/B testing setup and basic performance reporting \\n\\t\\n\\n\\nGeneral Marketing Administration \\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tMaintain shared marketing assets, brand resources, and documentation \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tSupport event logistics, vendor coordination, and ad-hoc team projects as needed \\n\\t\\n\\n\\nWhat You Bring \\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\t8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordinator/administrative role \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tStrong project management instincts and familiarity with Monday.com (or similar tools like Asana, Trello, Jira) \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tExcellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and follow-through \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tComfort juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders without dropping the ball \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tBasic experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Pardot, ZoHo) — bonus if you've built campaigns end-to-end \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tSolid written and verbal communication skills \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tA collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever the team needs help \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tProficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tFamiliarity with vendor management, budget tracking, or invoice processing is a plus \\n\\t\\n\\n\\nNice to Have \\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tExperience working in a B2B or payments/fintech environment \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tBasic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express) for light asset support \\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\n\\t\\n\\tExperience with promotional products vendors or swag platforms \\n\\t\\n\\n\\nWhy Kurv \\nWe're an established, PE-backed company with the resources to do things right and the energy to move fast.
