This position acts as business liaison to customer(s) to develop and maintain customer satisfaction and deliver quality products to meet customers' performance and schedule requirements.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Support Program Manager in preparing customer progress reports and document deliverables</p></li>\n <li><p>Liaison / coordinate with various technical resource teams including mechanical, software, hardware, chemistry, and manufacturing to ensure adherence to program plans /schedules</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting</p></li>\n <li><p>Works with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality to ensure on-time performance</p></li>\n <li><p>Contribute to statement of work (SOW) and technical proposal development and submission</p></li>\n <li><p>Help create, streamline, and improve business processes and standardized workflows</p></li>\n <li><p>Contribute to building and maintaining program dashboards across multiple programs</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage dashboards with intent of helping key stakeholders quickly review performance, identify issues, and track recovery actions</p></li>\n <li><p>Communication of program progress, key performance indicators (KPI), and dashboard summaries consolidated from multiple internal/external sites</p></li>\n <li><p>Initiates action to identify and resolve project problems/issues</p></li>\n <li><p>Serve as a resource that integrates teams, identifies gaps in activities, and catalyzes implementation</p></li>\n <li><p>Work with functional departments to clearly define and communicate business processes</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering Required.</p></li>\n <li><p>U.S. Persons</p></li>\n <li><p>Program/Project Management experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work in a team environment</p></li>\n <li><p>High level of self-motivation</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong business acumen</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to multitask</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency with MS Office suite of products and MS Project</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Training Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Program Management Training is a plus.                                                                                                                                        </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PERKS OF BEING AN EAGLEPICHER EMPLOYEE</strong>Some of the great things about being an EaglePicher employee include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance;</li>\n <li>10 paid holidays and PTO;</li>\n <li>Matching 401K;</li>\n <li>Annual Profit Sharing;</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement;</li>\n <li>Dependent scholarship programs.</li>\n</ul>",
