    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">ABOUT THE ROLE</p><p>The Non-Foods Specialist will manage Non-Foods clients for the company by providing pricing, customer service and training support to various distributors and Acxion sales teams. Call on LLO&rsquo;s for Non-Foods in the assigned markets. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Drive company sales by aggressively marketing and presenting manufacturers&rsquo; product lines to our customers to increase sales for the company. Perform end user calls on behalf of clients to present products and advise an operator on what product would work best for their application to create awareness and increase business. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Achieve specific KPI&rsquo;s assigned using the CRM to plan and properly report daily sales calls activities. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Manage Non-Foods client&rsquo;s distribution including pricing, customer service, yearly business reviews, promoting new items, sales training of distributor staff (both sales and support generate sales for company. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Conduct sales meetings with distributor sales force to provide training and product knowledge to distributor representatives. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support all sales efforts for Non-Foods Clients to include work withs, sales presentations, sales meetings, promoting new products, analyzing business and coordinating Non-Foods clients&#39; booths at trade shows. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Analyze monthly sales reports for our Non-Foods Distributors and Broad liners by establishing sales goals and targets, reviewing sales reports, and detecting gains and losses to identify market trends. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform end user calls on behalf of clients to present products and advise an operator on what product would work best for their application to create awareness and increase business. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Report to key client&rsquo;s business activity and sales volume, coordinate market pricing and opportunities for new products, review monthly sales numbers, and evaluate client&rsquo;s position with the distributor.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Provide sales training for Acxion Broker employees to introduce new products and reinforce all product knowledge of our Non-Foods clients to promote products and create product awareness. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Help organize Food Shows at our distributors by planning, coordinating, and manning all client&rsquo;s booths represented at our shows to increase commission revenue for company. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must maintain a current and valid driver&rsquo;s license. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform additional duties as required.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to work independently with little supervision, to prioritize/plan your schedule. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Able to multi-task. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Able to get along with others and provide superior customer service. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Effective time-management skills. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain a high level of professionalism.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must have 2-3 years of previous sales experience.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Prefer college degree in business or related area. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Knowledge of brokerage business and relationships to Principals and overall business. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, &amp; Outlook.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Frequent on the road driving.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Must maintain a valid driver&#39;s license.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Normal office conditions.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</p><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><br></p><p>&nbsp;PLEASE NOTE: Acxion Foodservice Inc. reserves the right to change, modify or add to the duties and essential functions at any time.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div>\n",
