As we continue to grow, we are investing in stronger operational systems, improved field execution, and long-term scalability across both safety and quality.</p><h2>About the Role</h2><p>MARS Energy Solutions is hiring a Director of Safety &amp; Quality to lead and elevate field execution across our operations.</p><p>This is not a role built around maintaining an existing program. This is an opportunity to build structure, create consistency, and establish accountability across both safety performance and quality standards.</p><p>The ideal candidate understands that safety and quality are directly connected.
