    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"> <strong><u>Summary</u></strong></div><p>On-time assembly of components and finished products according to all applicable specifications and requirements per prints, bill-of-material, work instructions, etc. Conduct testing of products according to test specifications.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong></p><ul><li>Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.</li><li>Perform a preliminary visual, quality inspection of items to detect obvious defects.</li><li>Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies by hand per specification.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor inventory and advise lead/supervisor when reorder is necessary.</li><li>Build simple assemblies with little to no supervision (ex: spray gun, tank, and/or agitator).</li><li>Read and decipher schematics, drawings, and work instructions or MIPs.</li><li>Position or align components and parts, either manually or with hoists.</li><li>Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.</li><li>Conduct quality control checks.</li><li>Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.</li><li>Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.</li><li>Disassemble equipment for shipping and ensure disassembled components are properly marked for reassembly in the field, if applicable.</li><li>Document actions by completing production and quality forms.</li><li>Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Maintain and improve 5S standards in the cell.</li><li>Comply with company policies, ISO standards,&nbsp;and applicable laws and legislation.</li><li>Work towards SQDC target metrics.</li><li>Pack items as required.</li><li>Perform other duties as&nbsp;assigned.
