The Graduate Electrical Engineer reports to the electrical team leader. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>#LI-Onsite</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with a team of engineers and designers to work from architectural plans and base files to assist in the production of quality engineering construction documents in Revit</li>\n <li>Under limited supervision of Engineers and Project Engineers, design electrical systems including equipment sizing, energy lighting calculations and circuit diagrams for a variety of project types including high-rise, multifamily, commercial and technology</li>\n <li>Perform calculations such as electrical load analysis, lighting energy use, voltage drop, fault analysis, etc.</li>\n <li>Provide reviews of submittals and preliminary reviews of requests for information</li>\n <li>Independently conduct preliminary site investigations and construction progress site visits</li>\n <li>Maintain working relationships with manufacturers and technical representatives for electrical equipment in support of equipment specifications and design support</li>\n <li>Participate in internal production meetings with Engineers and Project Managers as well as external design meetings with clients or city officials as necessary</li>\n <li>Participate in development of automation and visualization strategies</li>\n <li>Inform Project Engineers, Team Leaders, and Project Managers of progress on assigned projects</li>\n <li>Attend industry events and become involved in the community, creating relationships and content</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor of Science Degree</strong> in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering</li>\n <li><strong>Engineer in Training (EIT)</strong> license obtained within first year in role</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Experience in the field of new building mechanical engineering construction</li>\n <li>Experience in Revit</li>\n <li>Prior experience or knowledge of coding and/or machine learning technologies</li>\n <li><em>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
