If you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and know how to keep the good times rolling, this could be your perfect beachside gig.</p>\n<h3> </h3>\n<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Create a laid-back, upbeat atmosphere around the pool and activity areas</li>\n <li>Host games, contests, trivia, karaoke, dance parties, and family-friendly activities</li>\n <li>Engage guests with enthusiasm, positivity, and signature island hospitality</li>\n <li>Ensure pool areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready</li>\n <li>Assist with towel distribution, lounge chair setup, and activity equipment</li>\n <li>Make announcements with confidence and personality</li>\n <li>Encourage guest participation while making everyone feel welcome</li>\n <li>Monitor guest safety and communicate concerns to management when needed</li>\n <li>Help keep the playlist flowing and the tropical energy alive</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>\n  <ul>\n   <li>A fun, outgoing personality with strong people skills</li>\n   <li>Comfortable speaking in front of groups and entertaining guests</li>\n   <li>Ability to work outdoors in warm weather for extended periods</li>\n   <li>Team player with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic</li>\n   <li>Experience in hospitality, recreation, entertainment, or customer service is a plus</li>\n   <li>Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active throughout shifts</li>\n   <li>Weekend and holiday availability required — paradise never closes</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
