    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Electronic Assembler-M-Th 6-4:30 PM with OT as needed</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform complex assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies for aerospace and defense systems.</li>\n <li>Interpret and follow detailed visual aids, engineering drawings, and written instructions to assemble, modify, or rework units.</li>\n <li>Hand-load and solder PCB assemblies, including fine-pitch components, following IPC-J-STD and IPC-D-610 standards.</li>\n <li>Identify and repair soldering anomalies, working with both lead and lead-free solder under a microscope.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.</li>\n <li>Participate in offsite training to maintain industry certifications as required.</li>\n <li>Actively contribute ideas for process improvement and operational excellence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>3–5 years of J-STD soldering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.</li>\n <li>Certification to IPC-J-STD and IPC-D-610 standards (or willingness to obtain).</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify electronic component values.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a self-starter who can plan, execute, and complete tasks independently.</li>\n <li>Willingness and ability to travel to Hollister, CA for a month for training at the start of your employment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Mission-Driven Impact:</strong> Be part of a team whose products are trusted in the most critical moments—when lives depend on performance.</li>\n <li><strong>Hyper-Growth Environment:</strong> Join a company experiencing rapid expansion, offering stability, prosperity, and the chance to shape the future of aerospace and defense.</li>\n <li><strong>Culture of Belonging:</strong> We foster a community where everyone belongs, voices are heard, and you can be yourself.
