    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Painter to join our team. &nbsp;In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of surfaces including, Steel, Aluminum, and other shop coated metal, uncoated metal, finished hardware, accessories and other surfaces as specified. &nbsp;Working in the fabrication shop, this role ensures all materials are prepped and ready to be painted and powder coated.</p><p>We are hiring for both the AM shift and PM shift. &nbsp;AM shift works 5am-2:30pm.&nbsp; PM shift works 2:30pm-11pm.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Accurate handling of products to be processed&nbsp;</li><li>Hanging and taking down products from conveyor lines, sanding, masking, plugging to prep for paint lines&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare metal for the powder application process including hanging, washing, plugging, scrubbing, taping, and sanding of parts&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize work instructions to follow established procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Shrink wrap, count, and prep products for shipping&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in QA final inspections&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions&nbsp;</li><li>Document actions by completing production and quality forms&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Applicants must have manufacturing assembly experience and/or high level of mechanical aptitude&nbsp;</li><li>Applications must have good communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Applicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Build defect-free products that meet Quality Standards&nbsp;</li><li>Build products within time standards&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to safety standards and requirements&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Pivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. &nbsp; The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. &nbsp; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p></div></div>\n",
