We offer you opportunities for personal and professional development, the chance to take on responsibility, the experience of working in an international team, and a very positive working atmosphere.</p>\n<p>Your Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Visual inspection of optical elements using a microscope and slit lamp (experience preferred; training provided)</li>\n <li>Documentation and preparation of test reports for products</li>\n <li>Inspection of products before and after optical thin-film coatings</li>\n <li>Verification and comparison of documented product dimensions</li>\n <li>Packing, labeling, and preparation of shipments (including quantity checks)</li>\n <li>Ensuring cleanliness and order in the work area</li>\n <li>Surface (OF) and volume inspection for incoming and outgoing goods control</li>\n <li>Incoming inspection of returned goods as part of complaint handling (RMA)</li>\n <li>Monitoring inventory of packaging materials</li>\n <li>Data entry in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) (material and production data management)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Your Profile:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completed technical training or a comparable qualification (e.g., physics laboratory technician, precision optician, industrial mechanic, chemical-technical assistant) – career changers are also welcome</li>\n <li>Ideally, initial experience in optical quality control or handling microscopes/slit lamps</li>\n <li>Precise and careful working style combined with strong quality awareness</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of documentation and report preparation</li>\n <li>Structured, reliable, and independent way of working</li>\n <li>Strong team spirit and willingness to take on new tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What We Offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible working time model within a 40-hour week</li>\n <li>Breakfast, fruit basket, coffee, tea, and water available free of charge</li>\n <li>International yet familiar environment with strong collegial support across locations</li>\n <li>Comprehensive employee support through an external counseling service</li>\n <li>Company bike leasing program (JobRad)</li>\n <li>Employee stock participation program</li>\n <li>Easy accessibility by car and public transport, plus free parking</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Have we sparked your interest?
