Roosevelt St, Phoenix, AZ&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>DESCRIPTION:</strong></p><p>As a Production Line Assembler I, you will be trained to assemble, build production parts, ribbon, and dowel pins on repetitive parts with simple to high complex parts.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to communicate with production lead and supervisor.</li><li>Follow instructions.</li><li>Follow shop procedures including updates, signatures, stamps, counting quantities, labeling, work instructions, and detect non-conformance parts.</li><li>Ensure a correct Traveler goes with all work orders.</li><li>Aid other personnel as needed.</li><li>Operate a variety of pneumatic and electric power tools.</li><li>Read blueprints, tooling instructions, and standard charts for specifications.</li><li>Follow blueprint or instructions to achieve required surface finishes such as lay patterns and sealing surfaces.</li><li>Ensure company procedures and &ldquo;<em>Best Know Methods</em>&rdquo; are followed.</li><li>Install parts into production assemblies.</li><li>Report all material shortages to Production Supervisor</li><li>Verify conformity of finished parts to specifications and part drawings prior to hardware installation.</li><li>Label and isolate non-conforming material.</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance and other related duties.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma, GED, and/or college preferred.</li><li>Two years production assembly or related experience.</li><li>Ability to read and understand basic to complex assembly instructions.</li><li>Basic math and counting skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Shop safety practices and use of PPE</li><li>Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.</li><li>Ability to learn new skills.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS WHILE PERFORMING THE JOB:</strong></p><ul><li>Use of hands to install components and build parts.</li><li>Frequently required to stand, walk, push, reach overhead, and bend to the floor</li><li>Frequently required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls</li><li>Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Specific vision abilities: close vision, depth perception</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>WORKING ENVIRONMENT OF THE JOB:</strong></p><ul><li>At a minimum, eye protection and safety shoes are required PPE.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p></div></div></div>\n",
