    "description": "<p>Job Description:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Leadership</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Champion quality assurance, control, and EHS initiatives aligned with company’s long-term business strategy.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to embed quality and EHS priorities across operations.</li>\n<li>Define and track Quality &amp; EHS Objectives, KPIs, and key business outcomes.</li>\n<li>Represent Infravision in external industry platforms and regulatory forums as a thought leader in Quality and EHS.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Management</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and enforce enterprise-wide quality frameworks, standards, and SOPs.</li>\n<li>Lead organization-wide audits, assessments, and CAPA processes to drive quality compliance and accountability.</li>\n<li>Establish zero-defect manufacturing and project delivery through upstream quality improvements at vendor and plant levels.</li>\n<li>Own implementation and effectiveness of ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS).</li>\n<li>Introduce risk-based quality practices to anticipate project challenges and drive resilient quality planning.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EHS Management</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain EHS systems in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, and local laws.</li>\n<li>Promote a culture of “zero harm” through site-level safety leadership and behavioural interventions.</li>\n<li>Manage environmental performance by tracking sustainability metrics, ensuring legal compliance, and minimizing ecological impact.</li>\n<li>Lead hazard analysis and mitigation programs to prevent workplace incidents.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership &amp; Capability Building</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and mentor a high-performance Quality and EHS team across projects and geographies.</li>\n<li>Foster cross-functional collaboration to strengthen shared ownership of quality and safety outcomes.</li>\n<li>Implement training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors to boost capability in compliance, quality systems, and safety protocols.</li>\n</ul>",
