    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>The Mechanical Tools Calibration Technician is responsible for performing accurate calibration, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical measuring instruments, with a primary focus on torque wrenches, calipers and micrometers. The role ensures compliance with quality standards (such as ISO 9000&nbsp;and &nbsp;ISO 17025) and contributes to reliable and consistent measurement results.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform calibration of mechanical measuring equipment</li><li>Prepare calibration certificates in accordance with applicable standards and procedures</li><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical deviations or issues</li><li>Perform minor repairs and adjustments when required</li><li>Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 17025)</li><li>Accurately record measurement data in relevant systems</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean / Kaizen) within the laboratory<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Your team:</strong></p><p>In the Eindhoven lab we have &gt;40 technicians of all kinds of nationalities, it is a great team that with the help of a strong logistic team is managing strong growth and increasing customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in the calibration of mechanical measuring instruments</li><li>Hands-on experience with torque wrenches and dimensional measurement is highly preferred</li><li>Strong technical insight and problem-solving skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of or affinity with light electronics (preferred)</li><li>High level of accuracy and structured working approach</li><li>Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Personal Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Detail-oriented and quality-driven</li><li>Proactive and eager to learn</li><li>Responsible with respect to safety and quality</li></ul><p><br><strong>Why you should join Fluke:</strong></p><ul><li>A challenging role in a high-tech and quality-focused environment</li><li>Opportunities for training and specialization</li><li>A professional and collaborative team environment</li><li>Strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement</li></ul>",
