Your enthusiasm for the industry coupled with exceptional communication skills will drive sales and foster lasting relationships with our valued clientele</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Stocks shelves, counters or display(s) with merchandise.</li><li>Sets up advertising displays; arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.</li><li>Stamps, marks or tags prices on merchandise.</li><li>Obtains merchandise requested by customer or special orders merchandise selected by customer.</li><li>Answers customers' questions concerning location, price and use of merchandise, performs minor repairs on motors as needed by customer.</li><li>May accommodate multiple customers, accepting payment and making change while researching questions for customer on the phone.</li><li>Cleans location, shelves, counters and tables.</li><li>Removes and records amount of cash in register as end of day.</li><li>Calculates sales discount to determine price.</li><li>May calculate multiple discounts using manual and computer programs.</li><li>Cycle counts and documents inventory daily.</li><li>Answers questions and finds answers for emotorstore.com customers as needed.</li><li>Must trouble shoot, replace motors to 100% accuracy and validate repairs to service tests.</li><li>Retains and recalls customers, vendors, parts, prices and location of vendors and customers.</li><li>Cross reference calculations with manuals and computers for complex multiple pricing.</li><li>Accurately assess the routing and shipping of parts daily.</li><li>Documents, counts, cycles, researches, checks and maintains shipments, inventory, parts, special orders, etc.</li><li>Documents and receives parts, 100% accuracy in stocking shelves.</li><li>Documents and cribs return inventory.</li><li>Capable of answering questions from walk-in service, troubleshoot questions and correct problems accurately.</li><li>Keeps record of sales, prepares inventory of stock and orders merchandise</li><li>Fork Lift Operator experience a plus</li><li>May lift up to 50 pounds with proper equipment and lifting technique</li><li>Half day Saturday hours may be required on a team rotation basis</li><li>Will be on call for emergency openings on a rotation basis</li><li>May be required to work at other branches on occasion to ensure coverage</li><li>Various duties and assignments required as per management</li></ul><p><strong>DEM offers a competitive salary and benefits package:</strong></p><ul><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>STD</li><li>LTD</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) options</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Holidays</li></ul>",
