    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Technical Consultant</span> at Antares, you will use your design and development skills to assist in the implementation of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Application Development</span> projects across multiple clients, and you will also have the opportunity to work on upcoming AI projects as well. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role will be a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Permanent or Contract role</span>, based either in Sydney or Melbourne. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The right candidate will be someone who wants to learn and grow with us. You don’t need to be the most technically brilliant person in the room, but you do need to be self-driven, passionate and motivated by technology. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We offer the opportunity to work with real projects and real-world clients across cutting edge technology. With a new project every couple of months, this is an incredibly powerful learning environment. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Technically, you will need to have experience developing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.NET Apps on Microsoft Azure</span>, as well as experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">React and/or Angular</span>, and exposure to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PowerApps</span>. We also are eager with those that have an interest in working on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI Apps</span>. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Perhaps the most key element of this role is the ability to lead our customers through the solution process. The ideal candidate will want to truly understand the problem and be an active force in creating a solution. You will need strong <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">consulting and pre-sale's</span> ability to perform in the role but will also come with a strong technical expertise background. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>It is essential that you are <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Microsoft Aligned</span>, with several years’ experience developing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.Net Apps on Microsoft Azure</span> and a passion for helping clients realise their full potential within the Microsoft Cloud space </li>\n<li>You will have an interest in building intelligent Apps, working on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI Apps</span>, and leveraging AI and other modern technologies </li>\n<li>Several years’ experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">React and/or Angular</span> </li>\n<li>Exposure to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PowerApps </span>– You don’t need years of experience under your belt, but you do need to be eager to immerse yourself in the platform and do it properly. This is an incredible chance for the right person to gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies </li>\n<li>Experience with all phases of an engagement – <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">pre-sales, discovery, design and implementation</span> </li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will be a confident speaker, with an engaging personality and ability to build rapport easily </li>\n<li>A huge desire to learn and grow. You will understand that technology is always shifting and you will be willing to shift with it rather than remaining comfortable </li>\n<li>Experience running workshops, presentations, and professional demonstrations for a range of different audiences is desirable </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge of any other Microsoft products will be highly valued</span>. We are fluid and dynamic in our way of thinking. Our collaborative and Agile approach means your input will be valued across all our practices. Everyone has a voice, everyone is approachable </li>\n</ul>",
