This role promotes consistency, structure, and therapeutic engagement while ensuring treatment goals and program expectations are upheld.</li>\n <li>Supervise, lead, and guide direct care staff during assigned shifts</li>\n <li>Support a therapeutic team focused on individualized treatment goals</li>\n <li>Engage with students to promote a positive and healing community</li>\n <li>Use treatment goals to support healthy life skills and normative child and adolescent development</li>\n <li>Serve as a positive role model for students and staff</li>\n <li>Ensure daily routines, safety standards, and program expectations are followed</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding student care and staff performance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of two years of residential care experience</li>\n <li>Prior supervisory experience</li>\n <li>High School Diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record</li>\n <li>Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including participation in CPI </li>\n <li>physical restraint with or without reasonable accommodation</li>\n <li>Willingness to successfully complete all required trainings, including Crisis Prevention Institute</li>\n</ul>",
