    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Description</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">The Site Security Specialist reports to the Site Security Lead and provides operational support to the client by implementing and upholding security measures on-site. This role will work closely with security personnel, assessing potential threats, and liaising with client leadership. The Site Security Specialist is a key stakeholder in the operational security, physical security, and logistics relative to the client. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">This role works within a team environment but much of the work is performed in a semi-autonomous fashion. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to prioritize and efficiently handle workload while maintaining a safe and secure facility for the client. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Act as an armed active responder during an active assailant event</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Act as first responder to support initial investigations into incidents and perform initial investigative triage</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Assist with evacuations and/or crisis lock-down/shelter in place events </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Deliver periodic active assailant training to ensure long term cultural adoption of the concepts</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Provide on-site representation/participation in a crisis management team</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">To ensure premier service delivery, function as a liaison between the company, client, and other client-facing security personnel</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Act as a liaison with local Law Enforcement to gather weekly intelligence, conduct facility tours, and schedule briefings</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Coordinate team response for surveillance detection </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Review Daily Activity Logs from the uniformed guard force to extract intelligence, conduct additional investigations, and disseminate to client’s intelligence team</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client points of contact</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Plan and participate in company provided training at the request of the client</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment management</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Be knowledgeable of all client contract requirements; recommend solutions to ensure exceptional client service</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">Support client’s risk management program by performing periodic threat/vulnerability/risk audits</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; response programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Suitable candidates must have at least 5 years of corporate and/or operational security experience in dynamic, fast-paced service environments and/or project management positions, military or law enforcement experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Suitable candidates must complete all mandatory onboarding training satisfactorily.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experience in directly overseeing diverse teams is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">A bachelor’s degree is desired but does not count for practical experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Suitable candidates must possess</span> <span style=\"font-size: 15px\">appropriate state security license to include the authority to carry a concealed firearm.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222;
