Once trained, you’ll work independently while representing the company professionally in the field.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform a variety of Maintenance Services, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Food and Beverage Equipment Services</li>\n<li>HVAC Coil Cleaning</li>\n<li>Pressure Washing</li>\n<li>General Facility Maintenance</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Assist with site supervision, furniture removal/installation and commercial painting, as needed</li>\n<li>Follow all company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirements</li>\n<li>Prioritize customer needs while managing workload independently</li>\n<li>Meet OSHA ladder safety requirements and work confidently at heights</li>\n<li>Use company technology for work orders, reporting, and communication</li>\n<li>Build strong customer relationships and consistently deliver A+ customer service</li>\n<li>Maintain organization and upkeep of tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehouses</li>\n<li>Operate and maintain a company vehicle while meeting safety performance standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teachable — willing to learn new skills and services</li>\n<li>Respectful — kind, positive, and helpful</li>\n<li>Career-minded — looking for long-term growth, not just a job</li>\n<li>Self-motivated — sees what needs to be done and gets it done</li>\n<li>Team player — works well with others and understands true teamwork</li>\n<li>Pride in your work — strong attention to quality and customer satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%)</li>\n<li>Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)</li>\n<li>Valid state driver’s license (subject to continuous review)</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather</li>\n<li>Ability to safely work on ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs)</li>\n<li>Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening</li>\n<li>Must be able to travel up to 2 weeks at one given time</li>\n<li>Willingness to assist with additional tasks as business needs evolve</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>HVAC Basic Services</li>\n<li>Food and Beverage Equipment Services</li>\n<li>Facility or Grounds Maintenance</li>\n<li>Construction or Equipment Troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Pressure Washing experience</li>\n<li>Painting experience</li>\n<li>OSHA 10 Certification (preferred, not required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment &amp; Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nationwide travel (100%)</li>\n<li>Construction sites and customer locations</li>\n<li>Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions</li>\n<li>Work location: On the road</li>\n<li>Typical work week: 40–50 hours; work hours may vary based on project and customer needs and may include nights and weekends.<span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.</p>",
