    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Poly-America, L.P. is currently hiring Front Gate Attendants to join our team. Poly-America produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction and agricultural films.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Gate Attendants work a yearly set schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off with 12 hour shifts.  The days of the week worked will rotate from week to week.  Candidates must be available to work each day of the week</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Gate Attendants responsibilities at Poly-America include, but are not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor employee access to the facility.</li>\n <li>Scale shipments and deliveries and release through software based system.</li>\n <li>Register all visitors properly and ensure they are sent to proper departments.</li>\n <li>Communicate with various department to announce visitors, issues, or emergencies.</li>\n <li>The role will involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communications skills, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.</li>\n <li>A current US Driver's license (CDL not required).</li>\n <li>The ability to work a night shift or a day shift as assigned by management.</li>\n <li>The aptitude and desire necessary to be a good student of Poly-America procedures. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Successfully passing a drug screen is required for this position.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Poly-America offers competitive compensation packages including Medical/Dental, paid vacations and holidays, and 401(K).</strong></p>\n<p> </p>",
