    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p><strong>POSITION</strong>:  Maintenance Technician&nbsp;</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong> KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Diagnose and repair faulty production and related plant equipment with the minimum amount of supervision using the provided schematics, manuals and drawings&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical problems, troubleshoot electrical problems and have a strong understanding of preventative maintenance strategies&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify faulty parts and provide proper nomenclature in the form of a requisition in order that spares or replacements can be ordered&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Be knowledgeable of what and where spare parts are in the store rooms and to observe store rooms withdrawal and return procedure&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;General working knowledge of machine shop equipment&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Have knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Be able to rebuild mechanical devices&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Be able to read schematics and prints&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must have welding skills&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be able to do plumbing using copper, PVC and iron pipe&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Have understanding of basic electrical systems including 3 phase using hand help test equipment&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be team-oriented with leadership qualities and capable of leading co-workers in assigned tasks&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Will be expected to maintain necessary records and established maintenance procedures&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a clean, safe working environment&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for additional specific duties related to each shift as assigned by maintenance supervisor&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Other duties as necessary&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High school diploma/equivalent required&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Four year technical degree or minimum 5-8 years relevant experience (or similar combination of education and experience)&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Score of 70 or above on mechanical aptitude test&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Completion of a vocational technical or trade school curriculum from an authorized school with a concentration in electro-mechanical courses desired&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven ability to be able to read and use precision type instruments such as micrometers and calipers&nbsp;</p>\n<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Speaking and presentation skills to conduct effective meetings</p>\n</div></div></div></div></div>\n",
