industry trends in commercial contracting, technology, and the engineering sector.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with other general legal matters, as needed.</li></ul></div><p drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with technology transactions, including software licensing, SaaS, and vendor
