If you think you can consistently raise the bar (pardon the pun) and have a great time doing it, then this may be the perfect job for you! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>A BARTENDER’S DAY-TO-DAY </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide an exceptional drinking experience by serving beverages promptly and courteously.    Finish </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Attend to detail and presentation of each order, ensuring high-quality standards. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Prepare and maintain beverage ingredients by following recipes. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Stay knowledgeable about all current specials and promotions. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area in compliance with health and safety standards. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Coordinate daily supply inventory for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist with receiving and stocking beverage deliveries. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Complete cleaning tasks according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Adhere to proper alcohol handling procedures and maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Pass TIPS certification. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist with orienting new team members. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Listen to guest concerns and suggest resolutions or escalate to a supervisor. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Handle cash transactions, including POS system operation and register management. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Perform other duties as assigned. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WHAT IT TAKES </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (21 in IL; 18 in FL/NC). </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>At least one year of related bartending experience. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Strong guest service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Knowledge of standard beverage service equipment and safe operation procedures. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PERKS (MORE REASONS YOU’LL LOVE YOUR JOB) </strong></p>\n<p> </p>✅ \n<strong>Free bowling & attractions</strong> (laser tag, billiards, mini golf, ropes courses, and rides)✅ \n<strong>$1 arcade play</strong>✅ \n<strong>All‑day play at Boomers, FECs & Waterparks</strong>✅ \n<strong>Friends & family discounts</strong>✅ \n<strong>Food & beverage discounts</strong>✅ \n<strong>Special discounts on parties and group events</strong>✅ \n<strong>Perks start on your first day</strong>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you’ll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance.
