Our region delivers exceptional design solutions that elevate functionality and create spaces that inspire, engage, and bring people together.<span>&nbsp;</span><br><br><span style=\"color: black;\"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Assist the project management team with the delivery and administration of projects</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Scheduling, recording, reviewing and distributing meeting minutes</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Assisting with the formatting, review and collection of content for project plans and reports</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Collecting and organizing project documentation, project folders, and deliverables.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Coordination, and distribution of client and stakeholder communications</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Assisting with the execution of subconsultant agreements, and client invoicing.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Collaborate with internal team and external stakeholders to lead and coordinate timely, high-quality, and competitive proposals in response to RFPs.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Prepare proposal qualification material and coordinate graphic and layout design for proposals that align with evaluation criteria and submission compliance.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Monitor procurement websites and media for RFPs and future opportunities.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Build and maintain relationships with sub-consultants, contractors, and industry experts, serving as the primary point of contact for proposal-related questions, deliverables, and requests.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Manage and update the region’s project data sheets, resumes, and marketing materials.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Liaise with A49 Communications Lead to ensure local stories, social content, and news are shared.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Research and coordinate trade shows and conferences, including budgets, attendance, speaking roles, and sponsorships. Prepare trade show and presentation materials.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\">&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or equivalent experience.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Experience working in a coordination or administrative capacity as part of a project delivery team is considered an asset.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Experience in writing and storytelling.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Understanding of graphic design principles and use of Adobe Creative suite is preferred.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Proficient with Microsoft 365 and scheduling software (MS Project)</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Previous experience in engineering, architectural, or professional services firms is considered an asset.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Knowledge and experience with Microsoft project is considered an asset.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>CAPM or PMP Certification is considered an asset.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Compensation</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>AB, BC, NT, NU, SK &amp; YT: </strong>$69,700 - 92,300</span><br><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>MB &amp; ON: </strong>$63,600 - 87,500</span><br><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>NB, NL, NS, PE &amp; QC:</strong> $62,900 - 83,600</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Disclosure:</strong></span><br><span data-teams=\"true\">The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
