      "content": "\n<li>5+ years of experience in A/E/C industry proposal‑process leadership, general contracting experience is preferred.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.</li>\n<li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with acute attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.</li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, and CRM systems.</li>\n<li>Strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally, manage timelines, and adapt to new tools and processes.</li>\n"
