In this role, you will create engaging visual content across multiple channels, including social media, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, illustrations, and motion graphics.<br>The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual solutions. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.<br><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities<br><br></span></p>\n<p>     • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, CRM, Content, and Operations, to understand project objectives and creative requirements..<br>     • Develop creative concepts and visual assets that effectively communicate key messages..<br>     • Create graphics, illustrations, and animations for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other communication channels..<br>     • Produce visual content that strengthens brand awareness and supports business objectives..<br>     • Build upon existing social media toolkits while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines..<br>     • Prepare and present design concepts, drafts, and creative ideas to stakeholders..<br>     • Incorporate feedback and revisions to deliver high-quality final designs..<br>     • Review all creative materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality before publishing or production..<br>     • Select appropriate layouts, typography, colors, and visual elements for each project..<br>     • Test and optimize graphics across different platforms and media formats..<br>     • Contribute ideas and participate in creative brainstorming sessions to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives..<br><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.</li>\n<li>1–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.</li>\n<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign.</li>\n<li>Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.</li>\n<li>Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance design workflows.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n",
