The SLW/CRW is to assist each individual as a valued, contributing citizen of inclusive communities.</span><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The SLW/CRW assists participants to live successfully in their homes. The SLW/CRW ensures that individual participant’s physical, emotional, social, educational, and medical needs are being met.
