You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>A Brief Overview</strong><br>\n The Workers Compensation Pricing Analyst is responsible for evaluating or assessing the business submitted by identifying, selecting and assessing risk to determine adequate pricing.</p>\n<p><strong>What you will do</strong><br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform detailed analysis of legal entity which includes identifying exposures, completing a loss analysis, assigning workers compensation classification codes and determining appropriate workers compensation pricing within provided authority levels.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Establish and maintain disciplined approach to review and manage the risk with the ultimate objective to approve profitable business.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop effective relationships with TriNet colleagues in order to be able to collaborate throughout the WC review process<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Present workers compensation business for approval by the worker’s compensation insurance carrier that falls under submission guidelines to the Lead WC Pricing Analyst<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide consultative advice to management on WC Pricing guidelines, pricing standards and procedures.<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performs other duties as assigned<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complies with all policies and standards<br><br><strong>Education Qualifications</strong><br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required<br>\n &nbsp;<br><strong>Experience Qualifications</strong><br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Typically 2+ years of experience underwriting workers compensation required&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;experience utilizing Salesforce or similar platform preferred&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;experience with the Professional Employer Organization business model preferred<br>\n &nbsp;<br><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong><br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong knowledge and understanding of workers compensation pricing/rating&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent interpersonal skills&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to build consensus between Sales and WC Pricing Team.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly-evolving business and work environment while prioritizing multiple priorities&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite<br>\n &nbsp;<br><strong>Licenses and Certifications</strong><br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;AINS or AU preferred<br>\n &nbsp;<br><strong>Travel Requirements</strong><br>\n Minimal</p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong><br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting.
