Social Media Content Creator (Hybrid + Travel)

WAC Group is looking for a creative, driven content creator to help bring our products, projects, people, and customers to life through compelling photos and video content. This is not a desk job. You'll travel to customer installations, trade shows, showrooms, and events capturing real-world stories and turning them into content that inspires, educates, and engages.

What You'll Do
Capture amazing photos and video content at customer sites, trade shows, events, and showrooms. Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Produce everything from quick reels and behind-the-scenes footage to interviews and longer-form storytelling. Write compelling captions, social posts, and supporting content. Help shape how thousands of customers experience our brand online. Use analytics and audience insights to continually improve performance. You'll Thrive Here If You...
Love being behind a camera and in the middle of the action. Are curious, creative, and always looking for a great story. Enjoy traveling and meeting customers across the country. Can take an idea from concept to published content. Balance creativity with execution and attention to detail. Want ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow. What We're Looking For
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or a closely related area of study. Willingness, ability and excitement for extensive travel to customer locations, trade shows, and our showrooms, including occasional extended early and late hours tied to event coverage. 3-5 years of professional experience in a corporate structured business environment creating content for social media. Ability to provide a professional Portfolio of work samples required inclusive of links or files demonstrating social content) with an emphasis on video. Proven technical ability to shoot and edit video (smartphone + camera), including lighting, audio, framing, and post-production skills. Experience using Design/Editing tools: Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva. Demonstrated data driven results translating technical topics into clear, engaging content for a professional audience. Strong writing and editing skills with a proven ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone. Industry familiarity in lighting, interior design, architecture, construction, or property development is preferred but not required. HubSpot or Sprout Social experience is preferred. PIM/DAM experience is preferred. Why WAC?

The expected salary is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law.
