You will design and build reliable automation, integration testing into our CI/CD pipelines, and help establish the foundation for scalable mobile test infrastructure. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to build robust automation test suites and craft effective test solutions that ensure high-quality product delivery. This role combines technical expertise with collaborative teamwork in an agile environment. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>As our Sr. Software Developer in Test - Mobile Platform Automation you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, build, and maintain automated tests for our React Native mobile application.</li>\n <li>Implement and support testing on physical Android and iOS devices.</li>\n <li>Own and evolve mobile test infrastructure (including device management as we scale)</li>\n <li>Integrated automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)</li>\n <li>Improve test reliability by identifying and reducing flakiness.</li>\n <li>Partner with engineering teams to improve testability and coverage.</li>\n <li>Establish best practices for mobile test automation and execution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable.
