This position partners closely with leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and insights that drive performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial analyses in a concise and easily comprehensible manner</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planning</li>\n <li>Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly financial analyses for management that provide insights into the company’s performance </li>\n <li>Analyze financial and KPI performance versus budget and forecast and identify key drivers and trends</li>\n <li>Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations and other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting</li>\n <li>Assist with preparation of materials for management, board meetings and investors as needed</li>\n <li>Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting tools and forecasting methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications & Pay Range</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Abilities</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills with high attention to detail</li>\n <li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Sumproduct and Indirect functions as well as Power Query and relational databases)</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), SQL, NetSuite, or related financial systems</li>\n <li>Highly motivated and ability to work independently</li>\n <li>Healthcare experience preferred but not a requirement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Credentials</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred)</li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year of work experience (investment banking, private equity, corporate finance preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Expanding Access to Quality Care</strong></p>\n<p>At PT Solutions, we’re more than colleagues; we’re a tight-knit community united in our mission to expand access to quality care.
