They must be safety-minded and pay close attention to detail.</div><ul><li><!--block-->Safely and efficiently operate a forklift and perform required daily inspection&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Read and understand Bills of Lading and pick sheets &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Load and unload products to/from semi-trucks&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Filling out scale tickets, ensuring that load and ticket match</li><li><!--block-->Ensure that the correct trailer is in the door for the scheduled load</li><li><!--block-->Ensure tags match the paperwork and product listed</li><li><!--block-->Arrange the warehouse by moving products to make room for incoming loads</li><li><!--block-->Enruring the number of totes unloaded matches the recorded amount</li><li><!--block-->Printing required to pick tickers and assign orders to be pulled for shipment; ensure correct loading of trucks through proper weight distribution&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Check product to be shipped for accuracy per customer orders&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Maintain clean and organized isles and rack storage, consolidate partial pallets when needed&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate with the Shipping Supervisor regarding product rotation and space allocation.&nbsp; Ensure first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation is followed&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Performing periodic quality control checks to ensure the product is staged and shipped according to customer requirements &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Communicate with management and maintenance personnel on a timely basis to facilitate maintenance and repairs.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Comply with company safety policies and maintain a clean and orderly work area.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures, including timely and accurate documentation of required SQF forms.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Perform other duties as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor, Lead, or Plant Manager.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><!--block--><br><br></div>",
