    "description": "<p>Are you a skilled therapist, counsellor, or social worker passionate about supporting tamariki (children) to achieve safe and healthy futures?<br>Join a specialist, values-driven team making a meaningful difference in the lives of tamariki and whānau across Te Waipounamu.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake comprehensive, child-centred assessments that consider safety, wellbeing, and the underlying drivers of behaviour</li>\n<li>Develop and deliver tailored, evidence-based interventions for tamariki who have engaged in harmful or concerning sexual behaviour</li>\n<li>Work closely with whānau, caregivers, schools, and other professionals to support safe, consistent, and nurturing environments</li>\n<li>Promote accountability, safety, and positive behaviour change while upholding the mana and dignity of each child</li>\n<li>Contribute to safety planning and risk management alongside multidisciplinary partners</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate client records and actively participate in reflective clinical review processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we're about </span><br>We're a leading provider of therapeutic services in Te Waipounamu, grounded in the Te Ao Māori values of manaakitanga, rangatiratanga, kotahitanga and whanaungatanga.
