Join a specialist, values-driven team making a meaningful difference in the lives of tamariki and whānau across Te Waipounamu.   What you'll do Undertake comprehensive, child-centred assessments that consider safety, wellbeing, and the underlying drivers of behaviour Develop and deliver tailored, evidence-based interventions for tamariki who have engaged in harmful or concerning sexual behaviour Work closely with whānau, caregivers, schools, and other professionals to support safe, consistent, and nurturing environments Promote accountability, safety, and positive behaviour change while upholding the mana and dignity of each child Contribute to safety planning and risk management alongside multidisciplinary partners Maintain accurate client records and actively participate in reflective clinical review processes What we're about We're a leading provider of therapeutic services in Te Waipounamu, grounded in the Te Ao Māori values of manaakitanga, rangatiratanga, kotahitanga and whanaungatanga.
