    "description": "<h2>All About You</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <strong>Electrode Technician</strong> to join our team. (In other industries, an Electrode Technician may also be known as Coater Operator.) As an electrode technician, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by creating, testing, and maintaining electrodes for various applications. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will ensure the successful production of our products.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience as a coater operator is preferred.</li>\n <li>Applicable experience with roll-to-roll or web press equipment is also preferred</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills are a must</li>\n <li>Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing experience running machinery</li>\n <li>Strong technical skills and understanding of electrode manufacturing processes</li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to perform precise measurements and detect small variances in the process that may affect product quality</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to comprehend written instructions and to clearly document and record the results of the work performed</li>\n <li>Candidates must be US Citizens or 10 yr green card holders</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Physical Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to wear a respirator (full time during equipment operation and setup)</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Medically and physically capable to work in the presence of numerous chemicals and strong magnets</li>\n <li>Work environment will be in a dry room where cooled and low humidity air is constantly present</li>\n <li>This position will require standing for most of each day</li>\n <li>Shifts are twelve (12) hours long, with rotating days. </li>\n <li>First week of pay period, workdays are Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat/Sun.</li>\n <li>Second week of pay period, workdays are Wed/Thu. </li>\n <li>Work hours are either day shift (6a-6p) or night shift (6p-6a). </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment</li>\n <li>Set up, operate and maintain production equipment, machines, and tools using process documents, diagrams, and written instructions</li>\n <li>Test electrodes for quality, performance, and durability</li>\n <li>Maintain an inventory of electrode materials and supplies</li>\n <li>Calibrate and maintain electrode manufacturing equipment</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve electrode production issues</li>\n <li>Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to improve electrode designs and processes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Whether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
