    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>S</strong><strong>UMMARY:&nbsp;</strong>Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring all depot equipment is performing properly, operating as designed, achieving desired results, and receiving proper preventative maintenance, working to quickly resolve when equipment needs repair. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Set up machines&nbsp;(calibration, cleaning etc.) to&nbsp;start a production cycle.</li><li>Work with warehouse personnel to supply pallets to the machine for processing.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor the machines for proper processing, adjusting as needed and correcting jams as incurred.</li><li>Control and adjust machine settings were allowed to achieve targeted results.</li><li>Inspect and validate machine results to confirm all are operating as planned as directed by management.&nbsp;</li><li>Test operation of machines periodically to ensure they are operating as intended.&nbsp;</li><li>Fix issues that might occur during the shift that fall within the scope of minor tweaks or adjustments. &nbsp;</li><li>Proactively communicate daily results, as well as downtime with all operations to prevent future occurrences. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot problems with equipment, fixing as possible or notifying management when unable to complete minor repairs or adjustments. &nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate expertise for equipment assigned, ensuring the equipment is operating as needed to support the business.</li><li>Manage, in conjunction with depot management, preventative maintenance and repair procedures to maximize machine uptime and efficiency.</li><li>Document PM, repairs, and troubleshooting efforts to management to ensure of proper record keeping and references for fixes.</li><li>Collaborate with depot management to identify root cause(s) of downtime and able to develop plans to correct and prevent reoccurrence.</li><li>Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors.</li><li>Maintain inventory controls on spare parts usage.</li><li>Train local associates on equipment, including daily use and maintenance needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Attend daily/weekly meetings to discuss performance and improvements required.</li></ul><ul><li>Performs other related duties as assigned by management.</li></ul></div>\n",
