This role requires regular field visits, strong coordination skills, and the ability to maintain professional relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct field visits to clients for payment collection and follow-ups * Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues as per company policies * Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients * Coordinate with internal teams (sales/accounts) for payment tracking * Handle basic documentation related to collections and receipts *Report daily/weekly collection status to the management Requirements: * Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) * Willingness to do extensive field work * Fluent in Hindi & English. Knowledge in Arabic (preffered) * Basic understanding of payment processes and documentation * Bachelors Degree (mandatory) * Prior experience in collection or field roles preferred *Familiar with UAE routes/locations (preferred)",
