With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely manage warehouses ensuring all warehouse staff and employees follow all safety protocols and complete all required safety training and attend routine safety meetings</li>\n <li>Establish / maintain operating schedules and routine practices to ensure on-time customer shipments</li>\n <li>Manage the processes and KPIs associated with the shipping and receiving of product to ensure product integrity and order filling accuracy</li>\n <li>Manage monthly cycle counts</li>\n <li>Use interpersonal and communication skills to motivate the workforce and drive execution of policies and implement corrective measures if necessary to ensure productivity levels are met</li>\n <li>Maintain ISO level operation guidelines and metrics </li>\n <li>Coordinates the training and development of employees. Includes identifying development needs, implementing programs as required, carefully monitoring progress, and coordinating with Logistics Manager</li>\n <li>Make recommendations to management for Continuous Improvement opportunities and instill an entrepreneurial spirit within the company, encouraging the same among direct reports</li>\n <li>Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Must use or wear equipment, protective devices or certain clothing as required by the company</li>\n <li>Follows all company policies</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>COMPETENCIES:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Coaching</strong>- Able to guide employees in their development and help them assume their responsibilities. Creates a sense of belonging and inclusion.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills </li>\n <li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Proactive, attentive to details, and results oriented</li>\n <li>Three years supervisor or management experience in a warehouse environment </li>\n <li>SAP experience preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate proficiency in the use of standard office machines and computer software including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint </li>\n <li>Ability to work outside normal business hours including evenings, nights, and weekends</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
