Be part of an extraordinary life!\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n The Avalon of Commerce Township is recruiting for Director of Life Enrichment.&nbsp; In this role you will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and directing of a wide and varied scope of activities and programming which meet the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational, social, physical and environmental needs of the residents.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Director of Life Enrichment:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Assess resident preferences and develop a program of opportunities that are meaningful to the residents served and enhance their sense of well-being (identity, growth, autonomy, security, connectedness, meaning and joy)</li>\n  <li>Provide overall leadership to and management of Life Enrichment Associates</li>\n  <li>Coordinate a dynamic and active volunteer program</li>\n  <li>Plan, coordinate and direct a balanced program of spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational, social, physical and environmental activities with the intent of including all residents in areas of lifestyle activity.</li>\n  <li>Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff in the area of disease prevention and management in the holistic spirit of the Lifestyle and Health Services Wellness Program.</li>\n  <li>Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of a diverse resident population including newly retired seniors seeking a carefree lifestyle, seniors in need of physical assistance, and seniors in varying stages of memory loss.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in recreational activities/life enrichment or the equivalent of working experience in the field.</li>\n  <li>Three years’ working experience in activities/life enrichment with seniors.</li>\n  <li>Experience working with memory care residents desired; supervisory experience preferred.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <br><i><strong>If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!</strong></i>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <i>EEO Employer</i>\n</div>",
