The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing and developing microservices-based applications using .NET Core, along with expertise in cloud-native technologies, AWS, Terraform, containerization, and CI/CD practices.</p><p>This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive architecture discussions, build scalable and secure solutions, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. The candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools and promoting modern engineering best practices.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using .NET Core.</li><li>Build and optimize RESTful APIs and distributed systems architectures.</li><li>Work extensively with SQL/relational databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus.</li><li>Develop and manage cloud-native solutions using AWS services and Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code).</li><li>Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Create architecture artifacts including system design diagrams, deployment diagrams, sequence diagrams, and integration flows.</li><li>Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for new technologies and provide technical recommendations with trade-off analysis.</li><li>Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and release strategies such as blue/green and canary deployments.</li><li>Promote Agile/Scrum best practices and collaborate using tools such as Git and JIRA.</li><li>Utilize AI-assisted coding tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and developer productivity while maintaining secure engineering standards.</li><li>Establish AI governance practices, reusable prompt playbooks, and standards for AI-generated code and POCs.</li><li>Act as an AI enablement champion by conducting demos, sharing best practices, and driving adoption within engineering teams.</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.</li></ul>",
