    "description": "<p>We are looking for a creative and hands-on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Art Director</span> with a strong background in advertising and marketing. This role focuses on leading visual projects from concept to final delivery, maintaining high artistic standards, and guiding creative teams to produce impactful marketing materials.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role is based in Warsaw (Poland), Belgrade (Serbia), Lisbon (Portugal) or Sofia (Bulgaria).
