This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Personnel Designation: Non-Key
Position Summary Supports the DOE OST Human Reliability Program (HRP) by executing mission-critical duties aligned with occupational health, psychological evaluation, emergency response, and administrative operations to ensure personnel reliability, safety, and compliance with federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities - Perform initial, annual, and special HRP evaluations or services appropriate to the role
- Document findings and prepare reports in accordance with DOE requirements
- Coordinate with SOMD, Program Manager, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with 10 CFR 712, OSHA standards, and Privacy Act requirements
- Maintain readiness of equipment, records, and systems
- Participate in training, drills, and emergency response activities
- Identify and report conditions impacting safety, reliability, or mission readiness
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
