Your contributions will have a lasting impact on the academic journey of your students and support the continued growth of both the university and its vibrant international community. <br><br>Key Activities & Responsibilities: <br> <br><ul><li>Conducting introductory and advanced courses in the areas ofInnovation Management, Customer Environment, Economics, Quantitative Methods, Operations, Strategic Management, Digital Work / Lab.Candidates should be able to give lectures in at least two of these areas</li><li>Planning and implementing interdisciplinaryresearch and development projects</li><li>Advising and supervising students to help them achieve their goals</li><li>Grading student work, supervising seminars, projects, and bachelor/master theses ensuring high academic and didactic standards</li><li>Establishing industry collaborations and partnerships to further grow the network of the University</li><li>Participate in university administration and committee work, actively supporting the success of UE</li><li>Contributing to the conceptual design of new studyprogrammesand the continuous development of existing curricula </li><li>Advising prospectivestudentsand contributing to UE’s outreach activities</li></ul> <br>Requirements for a guest professorship: <br> <br><ul><li>University studies completed with aPhD and aMaster’sdegreein the field of the guest professorship</li><li>Proof of exceptional aptitude for scientific work, usuallydemonstratedby the quality of a doctorate and/or the quality of scientific publications(the degreemust either be awarded by a CAA-recognized university or be accompanied by a Certificate of Recognition issued by the UAE Ministry of Education)</li><li>At least three years of qualified professional experience, with two years outside of a university, in the field of the guest professorship</li></ul>"
