The Director will partner with regional HTM Leaders to drive operational effectiveness and patient/client satisfaction.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>****A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required.****</strong></p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide oversight, hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of all clinical and technical staff to ensure high performance and retention.</li>\n <li>Lead capital planning, project management, and technology assessments to support operational efficiency and innovation.</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary liaison with clients, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.</li>\n <li>Manage purchasing, subcontracts, and financial planning to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.</li>\n <li>Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management to optimize supply chain and service delivery.</li>\n <li>Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members to build a skilled workforce and support career growth.</li>\n <li>Drive organic sales growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding service offerings.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
