The home office is located at 1600 Corporate Center Dr, Monterey Park, CA 91754.</li><li><!--block-->The first 30 days will be fully onsite at our home office for training purposes. &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->The national target pay range for this role is between $31.00 - $45.00 (LVN - $31.00-38.00; RN - $39.00-45.00) per hour.
