Customer Services Representative

Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, in-office role responsible for managing inbound customer communication, scheduling, administrative support, and customer follow-up. This position reports to the Office Manager and plays a key role in delivering a 5-star customer experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (overtime may be required during peak season) Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments Greet walk-in customers and provide front-desk support Assist with club memberships, warranties, and quality control processes Handle customer follow-up, open estimates, and service bookings Assist with parts and warranty administration Participate in on-call customer service and dispatch rotation Qualifications Customer service experience required Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred) Benefits Competitive pay and great work environment Opportunities for career growth and continued training Competitive pay with bonus and commission opportunities Comprehensive benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401K retirement plan with partial company match Life insurance coverage Paid vacation and holidays Company events Work Environment: This position primarily operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds.
