    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <h1 id=\"isPasted\">Recycling Laborer&nbsp;</h1><p>Full-time, Manual labor</p><p>Cresson, PA &nbsp;16630</p><p>Wage range: $11.50 to $18.00 per hour and benefits eligible after probationary period.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Leading steel recycling company in Cresson, PA is seeking full-time laborers to join our team. &nbsp;No experience necessary, on-site training will be provided. &nbsp; A High School graduate or GED certification is preferred but not required.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>After a training period, primary duties will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (which is provided) while performing a variety of tasks.</li><li>Complete pre-shift safety inspection sheet of equipment to be used each day.</li><li>Use of both powered and hand tools to disassemble equipment, properly stack and sort a variety of recyclable steel materials.</li><li>Knowledge of various grades of recyclable steel materials will be part of training process and the ability to identify and separate each is important.</li><li>Safely operate a cutting torch to cut recyclable steel into specified sizes.</li><li>Perform basic maintenance functions as necessary.</li><li>Complete job sheet for work completed.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Ideal candidates :</strong></p><ul><li>Have access to reliable transportation to consistently be at work on time with some flexibility to work overtime or weekends if required.</li><li>Have a team mentality and work well with others but also be self-motivated to work alone in certain circumstances.</li><li>Must be willing to work outside in variety of weather conditions.</li><li>The capability to stand and/or bend repetitively, moderate to heavy lifting (up to 65 lbs) is required. &nbsp;Work requires manual dexterity, with fine manipulation.</li><li>Good vision (both near and far) is an asset and prescription safety glasses can be ordered if required.</li><li>Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers.</li><li>Basic math skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals is important.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent benefits package includes medical with a standard PPO plan with deductibles as low as $1500 per year and wellness credit of up to $750. &nbsp;</li><li>Voluntary 401(k) retirement plan available with up to 12% company match. &nbsp;</li><li>Voluntary dental, vision and telemedicine plans are available.</li><li>Basic life insurance and short term disability coverage.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>EOE M/F/D/V</p>\n    </div>\n  </div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
