The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and committed to supporting their team with a proactive, positive attitude.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Duties</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Manage the clients expectations</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide project leadership and supervisory skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Project document control ensuring project documents are complete, current, and managed appropriately</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage/prepare cost proposals and change orders</span></li>\n<li><span>Development of project budgets and buy-out/contracting of the work</span></li>\n<li><span>Project accounting functions including preparing Owner billings and reviewing/approving Subcontractor progress payments</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for budgets and cost control throughout the life of the project</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage the submittal, RFI, and project documentation requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop and manage CPM schedule</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage project subcontractors including coordination, procurement of materials and equipment, monitoring budget and cost, manage billings</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate with project architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Commercial and/or Public Works experience managing multiple construction projects or a single larger and complex project.</span></li>\n<li><span>Graduates of a four-year degree program in construction management, construction science, or other industry-related degree programs preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong understanding about current construction methods, materials, and regulations</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency</span></li>\n<li><span>Must have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project scheduling (or other scheduling software).</span></li>\n<li><span>A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history is required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Special Consideration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Previous experience working on projects as part of a larger school bond program (ie.
