    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Responsibilities<br>• Following, respecting &amp; establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in workplace<br>• Ensuring all fabrication jobs are done with good quality and as per drawing<br>• Ensuring preventive maintenance of all machines as per schedule<br>• Ensuring attending all breakdowns effectively<br>• Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)&nbsp;<br>• Participation in all EHS initiatives<br>• Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion<br>• Ensuring proper work permit system for all jobs<br>• Ensuring proper specifications of spares while giving requirements<br>• Ensuring proper coordination with other departments&nbsp;<br>• Allocation of manpower&nbsp;<br>• General store management and 5S<br>Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:<br>• Knowledge on machine alignments<br>• Knowledge on EOT cranes, mixers, gearbox, pump, bearing installations etc<br>• Knowledge on brick mould fitment<br>• Basic knowledge on drawings and measurements<br>Requirements:<br>Qualification: ITI in Fitter grade<br>Work Experience: minimum 8 years’&nbsp;<br>Preferred: Work experience in refractory brick manufacturing with experience in presses</p>",
