About the Client We’re helping a Cork-based digital agency find a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven lead generation campaigns across multiple client accounts. The agency works with Irish SMEs across service-based industries, B2B, professional services, retail, and eCommerce — with a strong focus on practical, measurable growth rather than vanity metrics. This is a performance-focused environment where ownership, strategic thinking, clear communication, and strong campaign execution are highly valued. The Role We’re looking for a highly experienced digital marketer who can take ownership of lead-generation campaigns across multiple client accounts and operate independently without constant direction. This is not a junior execution role. The ideal candidate should be able to assess an account strategically, identify what’s working (and what isn’t), and proactively recommend and implement improvements. The role will primarily support clients in: Home Services (solar, kitchens, windows, installations, etc.) B2B & Professional Services (accountants, solicitors, IT services, consultants, etc.) The primary focus is on generating qualified leads through Google Ads and Meta Ads , while also contributing to SEO, AI-assisted marketing workflows, tracking, and campaign strategy.
